Sendoff (“we”, “us”, “our”) lets graduates create a digital graduation shirt that others can sign, add voice or video notes to, and send gifts through. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using Sendoff (the website and Android app) you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account & shirt details — your name, email address, school, graduation year, and any optional details or photo you add.
• Signatures & media — signatures, names, and any voice or video notes people leave on a shirt.
• Gifts & messages— the sender's name, email, message, and gift amount. Card and payment details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never seen or stored by us.
• Notifications — if you enable push notifications, the subscription token needed to send them.
• Sign-in — a secure session cookie so you stay logged in, and one-time email codes for passwordless sign-in.

How we use it

• To create and display your shirt and its signatures, notes, and gifts.
• To process payments for creating a shirt and for gifts.
• To email you your shirt links, receipts, and sign-in codes.
• To send notifications you have opted into (e.g. when someone signs or sends a gift).
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Sendoff:

• Paystack — to process payments and gifts securely. Your card details go directly to Paystack under their own privacy terms.
• Hosting & database providers — to host the app and store your shirt data.
• Email delivery — to send sign-in codes and your shirt links.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

What's public

A shirt you create is viewable by anyone who has its link — that's the point of sharing it. Signatures, names, and non-sealed messages appear on the public shirt page. Your private dashboard (with gift totals and contact details) is only accessible with your secret link or by signing in as the shirt's creator.

Data retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your shirt exists or as needed to provide the service. We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Your choices & rights

• You can turn notifications on or off at any time from your device or dashboard.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your data, or the removal of your shirt, by emailing us.

Children

Sendoff is intended for graduating students. If a graduate is a minor, a parent or guardian should review this policy. If you believe a child has provided us data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
